We had the most fantastic few days there. The team provided an exceptional service and the room was perfectly clean and silent with coffees, the picture as booked and a sofa. The check-in was efficient and the atmosphere was family overall. It was so sweet to get ironing free of charge too. Magnificent central location adjacent to the buses which are really reliable, the sea front near Ryde town and roundabout. Had warm drinks in the downstairs bar in the evening.

My stay here was really really nice. Enjoyed my 3 nights stay. I booked superior double room, it was functional and complete with very comfortable bed, seaview, lovely view back to the mainland. The restaurant was small and well priced, for fantastic breakfast.

Loved how well presented and great value the property was and its amazingly helpful staff with my request for a late check-in. The restaurant here was nice for fantastic breakfast, I both ordered fine dishes. The bed was very big and the balcony had absolutely stunning views of the sea.

Every time in Ryde, I choose this place. The hotel is nicely presented, has competent staff with my request for a late check-in. My must haves' are a brand-new, tastefully decorated room with hot chocolate as well as modern bathroom. My venue is set in a central location so close to Ryde bus station for Osbourne/Sandown/Newport, Portsmouth on the ferry and the sea front at Ryde.

I liked this pet-friendly hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. The property had a central setting lovely right on the seafront. Seafood restaurant Chipmunks was located 5 minutes walk away. Having different warm drinks in the downstairs bar was a very nice touch. The whole experience was very good.

I really enjoyed this hotel, nothing too much trouble. My stay was excellent for 3 nights. My breakfast was wonderful with a very polite, hash browns plus many options in sizes. All the employees were welcoming and smiled at me. The location was central, close enough to fab restaurants and hovercraft across the road.
